If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by phone or email.

[If you are making a reservation for a course meal]
For reservations for course meals, cancellations made after 10:00 on the day will be subject to a cancellation fee.
This may occur. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to cancel, change the number of people, or change the menu up to 1 day in advance.

・If canceled after 10:00 on the same day, 50% of the reserved course fee will be charged.

Regarding cancellations without prior notice,
We will charge 100% of the reservation amount.

[About delays in visiting]
If you will be late for your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, we will notify you as soon as it becomes known.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you and you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled without notice.

[Regarding responses during bad weather and natural disasters]
If you are unable to visit us due to sudden bad weather or natural disasters, please let us know and we will not charge a cancellation fee even if you cancel on the same day.
